Casa Grande – An Arizona City resident, Dennis Wayne Malaimare, was arrested on April 2nd, 2020, by Casa Grande Police at a business in the 14000 block of South Sunland Gin Road in Arizona City.
A Casa Grande Police Detective was contacted by Malaimare, age 38, via an online dating app. Malaimare believed the Detective was a 13-year-old female. Malaimare initiated the contact and established an online connection with the Detective spanning over the last three weeks. Malaimare requested a physical meeting between the two in Arizona City on April 2nd. CGPD Detectives met Malaimare at the requested location where he was arrested and taken into custody.
CGPD executed a physical search warrant at Malaimare’s residence in Arizona City, resulting in the seizure of multiple items of electronic evidence. Numerous items of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia were also seized.
Malaimare was booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center and charges of Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, Involving a Minor in Drug Offenses, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
