Tucson – A Tucson-based online wellness retailer that features hemp-derived products announced it has procured and donated “a few thousand” KN95 masks to the local Tohono O’odham Nation, the second largest tribe in Arizona. The company is also donating masks to Pima County Public Health Management Services who is distributing them to local first responders and health organizations in the community.

According to the company, “TruPotency.com was able to source KN95 masks through a long-standing relationship with a government authorized medical supply company.”

The remainder of the procured KN95 masks will be available at TruPotency.com, with the proceeds going to help donate these masks along with more donations planned for the near future.

“We are a small local business trying to do our part to help support our hometown, said TruPotency.com Co-Founder Angela Kapp in a press release. “Our goal is to continue to raise funds so we can donate to the many service personnel and at-risk communities. As a wellness retailer, we want to help everyone to stay safe and healthy during this pandemic.”

“On behalf of the Tohono O’odham Nation, I want to thank TruPotency.com for helping our health care team as they combat this pandemic, said Ted Norris, Jr. National Chairman. This generous donation is an example of how businesses can support the Nation and communities across the region impacted by the virus. All of us need to do our part to keep each other safe and together, we will get through this.”
