TUCSON – Pima County residents living near the eastern slope of the Catalina Mountains, south of the County line and west of the community of Redington need to leave their homes immediately, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials said in an alert that Redington Road will be closed at the end of the pavement.
Residents in the community of Redington are now on standby for evacuations and those living in Oracle have been downgraded to the “READY” stage.
