Tucson’s Vicious Mr. Fitz

David Wayne Fitzsimmons does his Joe-College best to perpetuate massive lies

If Tucson’s university-sired, Hard Left intelligencia & kakistocracy has a poster child, it would have to be the Red Star’s political cartoonist, David Wayne Fitzsimmons.

Fitzsimmons, a California native, who was—as he tells us frequently (and vaguely) enough, abused by a domineering master sergeant father, has no doubt transferred his childhood rage into all things with any authority and common sense.

And he gleefully uses his artistic skills to lampoon and visually eviscerate anyone and anything that violates this natal imprinting.   Dear old Dad must have made little Davy’s drawings, among other things, quite the object of his military ridicule.

No kidding, I am genuinely troubled by the uber-sharp psychological style and venal content of this guy’s artwork; the people that manage the ‘Red Star’ should be as well.  It simply reeks of a deep, abiding anger-not-spoken; i.e. “you will be made to hate.”

Compared to other cartoonists, there is nothing light about Fitzsimmons’ work; it’s right out of Kafka meets Lovecraft in kindergarten.   And Fitz gussies it up with cutesy Tucson critters, (which we’ve missed of late), to stay local with the sinecured university gang, and all the perpetual sophomores that cannot seem to leave Tucson for the real world.

Where to begin? Fitz is a 1-man propaganda department all by himself.  Dude, you missed your calling by 85 years and ~5700 miles due northeast (Berlin); you could have compared your childhood trauma with little Joseph’s stumpy leg.  Oh, the stories we could tell!

Not surprisingly, in the Hard Left’s emerging pantheon of heroes, Fitz is gaining mythic status.  He recently incurred the wrath of the Governor of Texas and the national Fraternal Order of Police.  All for a nationally published (‘yo Tucson) anti-cop cartoon, one that validated the BLM agi-prop narrative that all white people and law enforcement have been evil demons since America’s founding.  Again, “you will be made to hate”.

Donald Trump is always an easy target, and Fitz does his Joe-College best to perpetuate the massive lies the national Hard Left cooks up.  For instance, his recent toon & sanctimonious paean to Military-Dad in a faux comic rebuttal to the wicked Mr. Trump, who supposedly called our military dead, “losers & suckers”.

The only problem here was The Atlantic, owned by Steve Jobs’ Trump-hating, billionaire widow, pulled this vaporous quote out their posterior without a single signed-on witness.  Many have since gone on record claiming it never happened, even Trump’s fired ex-NatSec chief, John-the-Walrus-Bolton.   The Atlantic’s publisher, longtime swamp dweller Jeffrey Goldberg, finally had to issue a mealy equivocation.

Didn’t matter to Fitz, he pushed it anyway.  Ditto the fires in Oregon as more AGW global warming, when authorities as of this writing have arrested some 9 arsonists.  One nihilist was charged with setting 7 fires alone.

What is Mr. Fitz going to do when the Earth’s climate actually gets much colder, as numerous scientists have noted with an oncoming grand solar minimum?  Our first since the War of 1812 ended; plus there’s a dead giveaway, the Sun itself.

It won’t matter to these people; they’re the True Believers that Eric Hoffer wrote (and warned) about.

The investors that now own half of the Tucson newspaper should really question the local managerial competence of that divisive rag.  That they would allow the likes of David Wayne Fitzsimmons to continue “branding” the paper with his twisted bile.

Me, I’m going out to the range for some defensive practice.  Sick-o-Fitz.
