AZ Republic claims “boy” shoots AK-47 at DPS officer
Thursday, just days following the shooting of a uniformed officer at the U.S. federal courthouse in Phoenix, a Department of Public Safety trooper was shot at multiple times while stepping out of his vehicle by a “boy” who is now in custody. His accomplice, who was driving, sped off and is being sought. The officer was uninjured.
