On Saturday, October 10, 2020, ASU Police received a report of a sexual assault that occurred on Friday, October 9, 2020, near a building on the Tempe campus.
According to ASU Police, the suspect followed the victim from the light rail station, and when she tried to evade him, he grabbed her and engaged in sexual activity without her consent.
The victim is not affiliated with ASU.
The suspect is described as: light skinned male, 5’10’, bald head, short mustache, last seen wearing a dirty white shirt and jeans.
The subject also walked with a limp.
