Kimberly-Clark is voluntarily recalling certain packages of Cottonelle flushable wipes and gentle plus flushable wipes. According to the company, the wipes may be contaminated with bacteria that could cause infection.
The recall is limited to specific lots of Cottonelle® Flushable Wipes and Cottonelle® GentlePlus Flushable Wipes manufactured between February 7, 2020 – September 14, 2020.
Consumers who have the affected wipes should stop using them and contact Kimberly-Clark’s Consumer Service team at 1-800-414-0165 for instructions from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time weekdays.
