PHOENIX – Phoenix Police have not identified a woman who was shot and killed on the morning of Sunday, November 1 near 10th and Portland streets.
According to Phoenix Police, officers responded to a call of a shooting at around 11:25 a.m. When they arrived on the scene, they found a woman who had been shot inside a vehicle. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
The suspect fled the scene.
