SCOTTSDALE — John Patrick McDonagh is in custody after the vehicle he was driving was involved in a collision in which a 6-year-old and two adults were killed.
The accident occurred in Scottsdale at Dobson and Chaparral roads at approximately 9:35 p.m. on Saturday night.
The 46-year-old McDonagh was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, manslaughter, extreme DUI, and speeding.
