Suspect Wanted For Theft Of Chandler 6-Year-Old’s Wallet

Chandler _ Chandler Police are looking for a woman who stole a 6-year-old’s wallet.

According to Chandler Police, on December 30, 2020 around 9:00 p.m., a 6-year-old dropped his wallet inside the Walmart located at 1175 S. Arizona Avenue while shopping with his mother. The wallet contained $200 of Christmas and birthday money the child was saving.

The woman picked up the wallet.

The woman, identified by way of a Walmart video surveillance, as been described as a Hispanic, between 53 to 55 years-old and weighing between 150-960 pounds.

She was wearing a graded gray hooded jacket with black pants along with light colored facemask.

The woman did not return the wallet or make any effort locating the owner resulting in the theft incident. The woman was accompanied by another Hispanic female possibly a teenager. The woman and her associate left the Walmart and drove away in a two door black vehicle with custom rims.

Police are asking for the public to help identify the suspect or suspect’s vehicle. If by chance information is known call Chandler Police at 480-782-4130 and reference report number #2020-137348.
