Public Encouraged To Weigh-In On Proposed Sonoran Corridor

Would connect I-19 and I-10 south of Tucson International Airport

PHOENIX – The public only has until Friday, Jan. 8, to weigh-in on the proposed Sonoran Corridor Draft Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement.

The proposed Sonoran Corridor would connect Interstate 19 and Interstate 10 south of the Tucson International Airport. The Corridor would extend from Interstate 19 near El Toro Road to Interstate 10 near Rita Road.

There is no timeline for building a road in this corridor.
