A 15-year-old has been arrested and charged with the First Degree Murder 61-year-old Jose Mendoza Martinez.
According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Office, on January 10, 2021, at approximately 11:00 a.m., deputies responded to a disturbance at the 3100 block of East Drexel Road. On arrival, they found Mr. Mendoza Martinez with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to Banner University Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased.
The detectives’ investigation led to the arrest of the unidentified 15-year-old juvenile.
