Sahuarita – A Tucson man has been arrested by Sahuarita Police detectives and is facing Aggravated Assault charges after an incident at a Sahuarita Walmart.
According to the Sahuarita Police Department, on February 24 detectives arrested 38 year-old Kurt Adams at his residence in Tucson. Adams was identified from tips the department received from the public.
Adams allegedly pointed a handgun at male inside of Walmart after a verbal exchange. Adams was told to leave and was escorted off property by Walmart staff. Police were called after Adams left Walmart.
Adams was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon and booked into the Pima County Jail.
