TEMPE – A man is in custody after he allegedly attempted to sexually assault a 71-year-old woman at Kiwanis Park.
On March 20, 30 year-old Kevin Caballero violently attacked the victim on the north side of the lake at Kiwanis Park.
Two passersby intervened and were able to detain Caballero until officers arrived.
