The owner of a adult care home, Valer Catuna, has been indicted by a Grand Jury for charges of Second Degree Murder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse.
Catuna is owner of Artemis Adult Care Home, located at 3426 West Angela Drive in Phoenix.
Catunais accused of assaulting 53-year-old William Griswold, a patient of the home, on the morning of October 21, 2020. Griswold later died in the evening of October 21, 2020. It is alleged that Griswold died as a result of the injuries he sustained during the reported assault by Catuna.
