Daisy Mountain Fire and Medical personnel responded to a downed hot air balloon on Sunday morning.
The Department said the hot air balloon was forced to make an unexpected landing near 19th Avenue and Joy Ranch Road in north Phoenix.
There were 18 people onboard at the time of the incident.
