On Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at approximately 7:17 a.m., Sahuarita Police Department officers responded to the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 18600 S. Nogales Highway to a report of criminal damage to a business.
When Sahuarita Police Department (SPD) officers arrived on the scene, they found that the drive through window had been shot multiple times. They believe that the damage occurred between 9:00 a.m., on Monday, July 19, 2021 and 7:00 a.m., on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
SPD detectives are actively investigating this crime and are requesting assistance from anyone who may have observed any suspicious person or vehicle in this area or who may have heard gun shots between 9:00 p.m., on Monday, July 19, 2021 and 7:00 a.m., on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
