On Friday, an 83-year-old Green Valley resident, Robb Baerman, was arrested for luring a minor and voyeurism.
According to the Sahuarita Police Department, on July 11, 2021, officers were dispatched to the Frys Marketplace located at 15950 S. Rancho Sahuarita Blvd in response to a report of an unknown man following a minor throughout the Frys Marketplace including the restroom.
After detectives conducted multiple interviews and gathered evidence, they were able to establish probable cause to arrest Baerman.
He was booked into the Pima County Jail for one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation and one count of voyeurism.
