This week, Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services [HHS] demanding a “full review of all HHS health care systems nationally to ensure full compliance with vaccine injury reporting laws including reporting all adverse events occurring after the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine.”

The letter is in response to a report from Project Veritas involving healthcare professionals with HHS who expressed their concerns with the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine as well as protocols for treatment of infected patients.

The Project Veritas report featured whistleblower, Jodi O’Malley, a nurse at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center.

Project Veritas is a non-profit journalism enterprise that focuses on undercover reporting work.
