MCSO Seeks Public’s Assistance In Identifying Hit And Run Driver At Wittman Gas Station

The truck appears to be an older early 2000s model Toyota Tundra with unknown license plate.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a truck and driver involved in a hit and run.

According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), on Monday October 4, 2021, at about 1:15 p.m., a 68-year-old woman was runover by an unknown red pickup truck that appears to be an older early 2000s model Toyota Tundra with unknown license plate in the parking lot of the Shell/Pilot Gas Station located at 311th AVE and Highway 60 in Wittman, AZ. The pickup truck was backing out of a parking space when the accident happened. The pedestrian only sustained minor superficial injuries and she is recovering.
