PHOENIX, AZ – A woman is in custody after shooting and killing her boyfriend according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The 28-year-old woman, who has not been identified by police yet, allegedly shot her boyfriend, Alex Aguilar, age 26, after a fight on Friday evening in the area of 29th Street and Greenway Parkway.
Aguilar died at the hospital.
