Marana Man Gets Prison For Sexual Abuse Of A Minor And Abusive Sexual Contact

A Marana man, Roy Dominic Robles, was sentenced to a total of 60 months in prison, after being found guilty by a federal court jury in Tucson. His prison sentence is followed by 15 years of supervised release.

The jury convicted Robles on five counts, including two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, one count of abusive sexual contact with a minor, and two counts of abusive sexual contact without permission.

According to the Department of Justice, on September 14, 2019, during a trip to Lake Mead, Arizona with family and friends, Robles sexually abused the minor victim. On that same date, Robles engaged in an abusive sexual contact without permission with the adult victim.
