This new forensic sketch shows what he may have looked like.

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a man found dead in the desert.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, on October 17th, Pinal County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) was called out to the area south of the U.S. 60 and E. Peralta Trail Rd within Arizona State Trust land regarding human remains located in the desert.

Due to the advanced state of decomposition, PCSO has not yet been able to identify this individual.

The Pinal County Medical Examiner was recently able to determine this person appears to be male, likely 40 years or older, and could have been deceased anywhere from six months to three years. The individual was possibly of mixed ancestry.

A purple female cut/style t-shirt was found near the remains, as well as a gray New Balance shoe, male size 9.5 (estimated.) It is not clear if these clothing items belonged to the individual, or just happened to be in the area and are completely unrelated.

If you know who this person might be, PCSO asks you to give them a call at 520-866-5111.
