The Glendale Police Department needs help identifying the two drivers involved in a fatal hit-and-run collision. The collision occurred just after 8:30 p.m., near the 45-hundred block of NW Grand Avenue on September 20, 2021.

The victim, a pedestrian, was running across the roadway when he ran into the side of a large white box truck as it was traveling northwest on Grand Avenue. He fell to the ground and was struck by a dark color Chevy Tahoe. Both the driver of the box truck and the Tahoe left the scene without stopping.

In the video the box truck can be seen driving by a QuikTrip at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Bethany Home Road. The Tahoe is also seen pulling into the parking lot of the QuikTrip behind the box truck. At one point, the driver of the Tahoe parked and got out of the vehicle to look at the damage before driving off.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Glendale Police Department at 623-930-3000 or Silent Witness at 480-Witness.
