On February 16, 2022 at approximately 2:53 p.m., Peoria Police Detectives arrested 50-year-old Chu Bingquan on sexual assault and sexual abuse charges.
Reports were received that Chu is a massage therapist employee for Wellness Foot Spa located near 7500 W. Cactus Road. Multiple victims accused Chu of inappropriately touching them while providing massages on numerous occasions.
Chu was arrested near 7500 W. Cactus Road. Chu was later booked into the Maricopa County Jail.
