Armed And Dangerous Yuma Woman Wanted For Monday Midnight Murder

A Yuma woman, Serena Isabel Cadena, has been identified as a person of interest in a shooting death that occurred on Monday.

On April 4 at approximately 12:30 a.m., Yuma County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched the area of the 3300 Block of W. 5th Street in reference to shots fired. When the arrived deputies discovered a male victim unresponsive and with multiple gunshot wounds. Life saving measures were performed by the reporting party and deputies, but were unsuccessful.

Cadena is described as a Hispanic female approximately 5’2 feet tall and weighing approximately 185 lbs.

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office recommends the public to not approach the individual as she may be armed and dangerous.
