Sigmund Boganski, age 75, of Buckeye, and New Hampton, New Hampshire, has been ordered to pay over $1,000 in fines and penalties for voting in both states in 2016.

Boganski was indicted by the New Hampshire Multicounty Grand Jury on November 4, 2020 for one class B Felony charge of Voting in More than One State Prohibited.
