Phoenix Police have identified the victim who died in a shooting at a party in west Phoenix has been identified as Luis Torres.
Five others persons were injured in the shooting at a house party.
According to Phoenix Police, on May 29th, 2022 around 3:30 a.m. officers were called to a residence in the area of 59th Avenue and Thomas Road about a report of shots fired.
The investigation remains ongoing.
