Apartment Shoot-Out Between Brothers Leaves Four Injured In Phoenix

Phoenix Police are investigating an apartment shooting that occurred near 28th Street and Broadway Road involving three men. Two men suffered gunshot injuries and the third man left before police arrived.

During the gunfire, stray bullets went through an unrelated apartment and injured two people.

On Monday at about 8:30 p.m., Phoenix police were called to the area of 28th Street and Broadway Road for a shooting at an apartment complex. Officers arrived and found one adult man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening-injuries. Moments later, officers were informed another man showed up at a local hospital suffering from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds related to the shooting.

Early information indicates three brothers were in an argument. Gunfire was exchanged and two of the men were hit by gunfire. The third man left the scene before police arrived and it is unknown if he is injured.

During the exchange of gunfire, stray bullets went into a nearby apartment and struck one man and one juvenile. Both people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
