Phoenix police are searching for Veronica Mondragon-Rodriguez, who they believe may have be a victim of foul play.
Veronica was reported missing by family members. She was last seen on Monday, June 27, 2022.
The person of interest is described as a Hispanic male, who goes by the street name “Soldier.”
