On September 17th, Phoenix police received a call about a vehicle that had struck a dirt mound, with a person slumped over inside. When officers got to the scene, they located a male, later identified as Joshua Fletcher, inside of the vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound.
Mr. Fletcher died from his injuries on scene.
