On Thursday, September 22, 2022, at approximately 4:40 p.m, the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a gunshot wound victim in the 8100 Block of S. Mojave Lane.
When they arrived on the scene, deputies located the victim and rendered medical aid. Rural Metro Fire Department responded and the victim was transported to the Yuma Regional Medical Center where they were pronounced deceased.
The victim’s identity is not being released at this time.
