The Chandler Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community in identifying a suspect involved in committing acts of public sexual indecency and felony stalking at an apartment complex near the 1400 block of South Cooper Road.
According to the Chandler Police Department, the suspect was captured on video surveillance between June and September this year at or near the victim’s front door, engaging in acts of public indecency.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his 30s, with short black hair and a black goatee.
