Oro Valley Police Department detectives are asking the community for help in identifying two theft suspects who stole approximately $850 in fragrances. On October 8th, the two subjects pictured allegedly stole fragrances from the Ulta Beauty at the Oro Valley Marketplace.
According to the Oro Valley Police Department, shoplifting is on the rise in Oro Valley.
