A 25-year-old man is dead after being shot multiple times while sitting in a vehicle parked in a neighborhood alleyway in the area of 1700 North 18th Street.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, in the early morning hours of, October 22, 2022, officers responded to the scene of the crime after hearing multiple shots being fired. As officer checked the area, they located Mr. Javier Pachecho Cardenas sitting in a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. Mr. Pachecho Cardenas was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
