Phoenix Police Investigating Burning Death Of Pre-Born Baby

Phoenix police detectives responded to 1100 West Madison Street to investigate a found deceased fetus. The estimated gestational age of the baby is believed to be between twenty and twenty-four weeks.

According to the Phoenix Fire Department, the baby died by burning.

Just before 1:00 a.m. on November 12, 2022 Phoenix police responded to a call of an injured person near 1100 West Madison Street. The caller indicated a child was in the middle of the street. When officers arrived, the fetus was found and pronounced deceased by the fire department.
