Essential Workers Workshops Set For Hopeful Homeowners

A group of real estate and lending professionals are joining forces to assist essential workers buy the home of their dreams.

Brianna Hamilton, of eXp Realty, Ashley Stamper of Pioneer Title, and Jon Hass of Movement Mortgage are teaming up to host Essential Workers Workshops. The first workshop is set for Monday, January 23rd from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. The event will feature a guest speaker from Pima Tucson Homebuyers Solution (PTHS).

“If you are thinking of purchasing a home come see what resources are available to you,” says Hamilton.

Hamilton and Hass are offering a joint real estate agent/lender credit of $1,000 and PTHS is offering up to $5,000 down payment assistance.

“With rental prices being as high as they are, my team and I believe that homeownership is closer to being affordable than most realize. A lot of what holds many people back is the down payment and closing costs,” Hamilton told the Arizona Daily Independent. “We have a solution to help and give back to those who work hard and oftentimes were the ones that held our community together during the different COVID-19 shutdowns.”
