Phoenix police detectives arrested two people in connection to a high value theft of NFL Experience production equipment in downtown Phoenix.
On February 4, 2023, Phoenix officers responded to a parking garage near 200 East Washington Street for a theft call. Officers learned that approximately $100,000 worth of production equipment was taken from that location.
Detectives assumed the investigation and worked several leads. Information gathered led to identify 36-year-old George Rodriguez as being one of the people involved. On February 7, 2023, Rodriguez was located and arrested. He was booked into jail on theft charges.
All of the stolen production equipment was located, recovered and returned the victim.
