A Phoenix man, Winston Shieh, age 68, was found suffering from fatal gunshot wounds near 15th Avenue and Garfield Street.
Just after 10:30 a.m. on February 11, 2023 Phoenix police responded to a call of a shooting near 15th Avenue and Garfield Street. Officers found a Mr. Shieh suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased on scene.
Currently the suspect(s) remain outstanding.
