Phoenix Police detectives are investigating a shooting in a parking lot that left one man dead and a woman injured.
Phoenix Police officers were dispatched to an emergency call of a shooting in a parking lot near 35th Street and Thomas Road. When officers arrived, they found a man and a woman in a car suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were rushed to the hospital by the fire department. The man later died from his injuries and the woman is expected to survive.
The Phoenix Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding this incident to call Phoenix Police or Silent Witness if they wish to remain anonymous.
