Phoenix homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that took the life of Cesar Hernandez, in west Phoenix, early Friday morning.
Phoenix officers responded to a shooting call near 8500 West Palm Lane at about 4:00 a.m., on April 14, 2023. When officers got to the scene, they found the 30-year-old Hernandez victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased on scene by Phoenix Fire Department personnel.
No suspects have been identified in this incident.
