Tempe Man Accused Of Selling Stolen Retail Products On eBay

A search warrant of Troy Wagner’s apartment found an additional $275,000 in retail products waiting to be sold.

A State Grand Jury has indicted a Valley man, Troy Wagner, for Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices, Trafficking in Stolen Property, and Failure to Pay State Taxes.

Wagner is accused of buying stolen products from numerous thieves and shoplifters, advertising them on his eBay page, and selling them to unsuspecting buyers. Wagner made approximately $300,000 in profit in a four-year period.

According to the Attorney General’s Office, a search warrant of Wagner’s apartment found an additional $275,000 in retail products waiting to be sold. The Gilbert Police Department arrested Wagner on the Grand Jury warrant.
