The Phoenix Police Department officers have arrested a suspect in a deadly shooting that occurred in May.
During the investigation into the death of 32-year-old Adrian Cantu Silva, officer identified 30-year-old Rebecca Rodriguez as a suspect.
On June 5, 2023 investigators located Rodriguez at a residence near 4500 North 56th Drive. The Special Assignments Unit served a search warrant at the residence and Rodriguez was taken into custody.
Rodriguez was interviewed at Police Headquarters and later booked into jail for second degree murder.
