Phoenix police detectives are investigating a single vehicle collision that left 20-year-old Adrian Terrazas dead after crashing into a traffic signal pole in west Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers responded to a call of a collision involving a single truck at the intersection of 74th Avenue and Thomas Road Sunday morning on June 25, 2023. As officers got to the scene, they found a truck crashed into a traffic light with Mr. Terrazas inside. Phoenix Fire personnel responded and took him to the hospital where he was not able to survive his injuries.
Detectives believe that the truck was going east on Thomas Road when he lost control and collided with two different traffic light poles at the intersection of 74th Avenue.
