Phoenix police have arrested 71-year-old Larry Hall for shooting and killing a man on Tuesday near 16th Street and Jefferson Street.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, on July 11, 2023, just after 9:30 a.m., officers responded to a call of a shooting near 16th Street and Jefferson Street. Jerry McGee, age 60, was found suffering gunshot wounds. He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries where he later died.
Officers detained the suspect nearby who was later identified as Larry Hall.
Hall was interviewed at police headquarters and later booked into jail for first degree murder.
