A video of a robbery has been released in the hope that the public can help identify a group of 16-year-old males who robbed another juvenile as he and a friend were walking home in the area of 4500 W Oraibi Dr.

According to Sergeant Brian Bower with the Phoenix Police Department, on May 29, 2023, at about 6:30 p.m., 4 juvenile suspects approached the 14-year-old victim, identified only as Josh. Josh was then assaulted by one of the older teenagers near the area of 45th Avenue and Oraibi Drive.

In the video, two suspects can be seen riding into frame on small dirt bikes as one of the suspects demands the young victims’ sandals and bicycle. The suspect can be seen in the video violently assaulting the victim by picking him up and slamming him to the ground. The suspect did take Josh’s sandals before leaving on the mini dirt bike.
