Cookie Co. is opening a new store in Gilbert located in the new Verde at Cooley Station development at the corner of Recker and Williams Field.
“As 16 year residents of Gilbert, we are thrilled to introduce our neighbors to a new gourmet cookie shop that offers mouthwatering fan favorites along with an exciting revolving menu of made from scratch cookies. But we don’t want to just make cookies, we want to help make family events easier and use our cookies to spread a little love and kindness in our community. We can’t wait for our friends and neighbors to join us on our journey to sweeten our community one cookie at a time,” said Keri Priest, Cookie Company franchise owner.
Cookie Co.’s menu includes a variety of freshly baked cookies and twisted sodas.
The Gilbert location is set to open on August 26. The grand opening event will include a special gift for the first 100 customers. This event will also have special promotions during different parts of the day such as “Buy One Cookie, Get One Free” and a “Happy Hour Free Twisted Soda.”
In addition, a portion of the profits will be donated to The Compassion Alliance which supports first responders.
Cookie Co. has 20+ locations currently opened in the U.S. and is projected to open another 10 locations this year. The brand plans to open 100 new franchise locations in the next two years. Cookie Co. is franchising in all 50 states.
