Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure To An Off-Duty Yavapai County Deputy

A man was arrested on Friday after he exposed himself to an off-duty Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office deputy and companions.

According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO), on August 18th, the off-duty deputy reported that he, his girlfriend, her kids, and her sister observed a man peeing in the middle of Orme Rd. The man, identified as 40-year-old Leo J. Tocchini, then walked over to the off-duty deputy’s vehicle with his pants still down.

The off-duty deputy said that Tocchini left in his car heading south on I-17. Responding deputies found the vehicle crashed into a construction vehicle on I-17 at the Bumble Bee exit.

Tocchini was arrested for indecent exposure and DUI.
