Phoenix Police Detectives Book Suspect After Overnight Homicide

Phoenix Police detectives booked a man after a late-night shooting left another man, Stefon Harris, dead at a west valley apartment complex.

On September 21, 2023, around 11:00 p.m., Phoenix police officers responded to the apartment complex located at 5775 West Roosevelt Street regarding a shooting. When officers arrived, they located the 30-year-old Harris with multiple gunshot wounds. Harris did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene.

Detectives identified as 32-year-old Isaiah King was found to be the shooter in the homicide. King was located and arrested. King made admissions to the crime during an interview and was booked on multiple felony charges to include murder.
