Arrest Made In Phoenix Collision That Sent Woman And Child To Hospital

Phoenix Police have made an arrest in connection with a collision in the area of 40th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard that left one child and a woman injured.

Officers arrested 39-year-old Priscilla Randall for her involvement in a collision that occurred early Tuesday morning, around 7:15 a.m., in the area of 40th Avenue and Encanto
Boulevard. The officers responded to the scene after receiving calls of pedestrians hit by a vehicle.

When officers arrived they found a a child and a woman with injuries. Both were transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
